We are very pleased to report that 100 Million BC received a 1.08 share rating, which means that over 1 million people tuned in for the film.

Sci Fi tells us that this was their highest rating for a Sunday night movie in more than three years.

On Sunday, June 22, 2008 at 9pm the Sci Fi Channel is launching its new Sunday Original Movies with The Asylum’s 100 Million BC.

Starring Michael Gross from “Tremors,” Greg Evigan from “DeepStar Six,” and Christopher Atkins from “The Blue Lagoon,” this action thriller features time-travel gone awry when an elite military team sent on a daring rescue mission brings something big… and very hungry… back to modern day Los Angeles.

The three regular visitors to this site know that The Asylum pushed the US DVD release date of this film for the honor of launching Sci Fi’s new weekly movie program.

Just a friendly reminder that 100 MILLION BC will premiere on the Sci Fi Channel on Sunday, June 22, at 9pm.

The Asylum’s latest film, Death Racers, starring Insane Clown Posse and wrestling champion Raven, has wrapped production and is now being edited.
