As previously reported here, The Asylum has finally started production on our very first western, 6 Guns.

Screenwriter Geoff Meed, who also plays the villain, has shared these production stills and behind the scenes shots.

The film is being directed by Shane Van Dyke and stars his father, Barry Van Dyke (pictured), brother Carey Van Dyke, Greg Evigan, Brian Wimmer, and Sage Mears  as the woman who becomes a gunslinger.

6 Guns will be released on March 30, 2010.

Update: Principal Photography has completed and more production stills are now available here.

Looking forward to this one. Been in more of a Western mood lately after spending my post-production classes editing a student Western called ‘Man With Two Lives’. Can’t wait to see some more stills and a trailer.
