Rimawi and I just returned from the EFM in Berlin where we had the most successful market in Asylum history (the world loves crappy movies about oversized fish).
That’s me in front of the remnants of the Berlin wall freezing my ass off. It pretty much snowed the whole time, but at least I wasn’t in Cannes.
This was my first time in Germany and I was impressed by the friendly people, the excellent beer, and the cleanliness of the public restrooms, which I visited often (mostly due to the quantity of beer).

Do you guys actually make money making these movies? I assume you do…and I hope it’s a lot of it since they all completely blow. At least if you’re doing well, you can sleep on your piles of money. But if you’re juuust scraping by, what’s the point?
