Holy Shit! Batman!

Friday, July 29th, 2011 @ 9:46 am | Headline, Other

We just came back from our annual partners retreat (where we plan which movies we’re going rip off in the coming year and further plot the destruction of civilization) in San Diego last week, where another important event was also taking place: Comic-Con.

At dinner one night we noticed that seated at the table behind us was none other than the Original Batman, ADAM WEST. You can just barely see him between Rimawi and Latt’s enormous heads (click on the image for a larger version of the photo).

ButĀ that’s not all!

JULIE NEWMAR and BURT WARD were sittingĀ at the next table over.

What Catwoman and Robin were doing together we’ll never know… but this might be a clue.

Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar in The Asylum’s ‘THE BLACK KNIGHT’….yeah I’d totally buy that.

LOL at the pics name: “Big_Shit.jpg”

Adam West and Burt Ward in ANYTHING, and you couldn’t MAKE enough DVD’s!

Adam West has been in the limelight since his regular character of “Adam West” in “Family Guy.” Julie Newmar and Burt Ward have been doing the comic convention scene. Too bad Burgess Meredith, Caesar Romeo, and Frank Gorshin are dead. I don’t care HOW old they would have been. Another TV Batman movie as their last hurrah?

    4. Harry Says:

      Your next “Rip-Off”? BATTLESHIP!!, please.

    5. Matthew Mosley Says:

Holy crap when I read the title i thought “oh no, they’re doing a Batman mockbuster, I KNEW I should have pitched my DARK RISE OF THE KNIGHT idea, NOOOOO”.

As long as I’m not being beaten to it :)
